Marie-Andrée Pelletier, ing. Senior Project Director

Named Business Personality of the Forty Under 40, awarded by the Ottawa Business Journal in 2013, Marie-Andrée is an engineer by training and holds a master’s degree in civil engineering (2002). Having taken over the family business JPL Disaster Recovery in 2004, Marie-Andrée oversaw the administration and management of operations, brilliantly accomplishing the established growth plan while gaining the confidence of the majority of insurance companies in the industry. In early 2018, Marie-Andrée joined Construction JPL, where her rigour, organization, discipline and efficiency quickly became her trademark. She leads important projects at Construction JPL, always working towards a common goal that of respecting commitments and surpassing clients’ expectations.

Alexandre Roy-Tremblay, ing. Director of construction

Working with Groupe JPL since 2001 and with over 17 years’ experience in the construction industry, Alexandre oversees all project managers and subcontractors, approves project estimates and deadlines. He holds a diploma from the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), and is an invaluable partner for ensuring optimal project outcomes, within established budgets and timeframes.

Patrick Lamontagne, M. Sc. A., ing. Civil and Structural Engineer

Holder of a master’s degree (1997) from École Polytechnique de Montréal, Patrick worked in renowned companies for over 20 years before joining Construction JPL in 2018. Having held the positions of Structural Engineer at GENIVAR and Director of Structures at WSP, Patrick demonstrates carries out every project rigorously and efficiently. With great respect and generosity, he particularly likes to pass on his knowledge and lead his team to success.

Marc Dumouchel, ing. Engineer Project Director

Holder of a master’s degree in project management and a bachelor’s degree in civil and applied mechanical engineering, Marc is one of the talented team members who joined Construction JPL in 2019. With more than 30 years of experience, he worked for the City of Gatineau, Constructions BGP, Ed Brunet et Associés and Boileau Associés Experts-Conseils. His ability to analyze and synthesize information as well as the rigour he puts into his reasoning clearly reflect his constant pursuit of excellence. As Project Director, Marc always makes the most of his skills in project management, structural engineering and municipal services as well as his knowledge of regulations and governance. Marc is an excellent team leader who leads by example and strongly believes in the importance of teamwork and knowledge transmission.

Myriam Campeau Finance Director and Controller

Working at Construction JPL since 2016, Myriam has held the position of Director of Finance and Controller since 2018, thus ensuring the sound management of administration and accounting. With her versatile, optimistic and reliable approach, Myriam exudes happiness. Her sense of fairness and honesty are valuable assets for her profession.

Lychhun Ung HR and Operations Director

Director of Human Resources and Operations at Construction JPL since 2018, Lychhun has extensive experience in the industrial sector. Having to her credit solid knowledge of the workforce and human resources, she has notably worked in reputable companies such as Pratt and Whitney Canada, Kruger, Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ) and EDS Canada. With a DESS in logistics and a bachelor’s degree in operations management, Lychhun worked as a business analyst, supply chain and continuous improvement coordinator and quality supervisor before joining JPL construction. Lychhun is an exceptional leader who demonstrates integrity and rigour. She knows how to engage, motivate and mobilize her team.

Stéphane Garneau, ing. Engineer JR Estimation Director
« Our goal is for Construction JPL to be recognized as the leader in the devel-opment of construction projects that meet the needs of our customers. »
Stéphane holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from the École des technologies supérieure (2016). He worked as an estimator at Construction JPL for 3 years, and was promoted to Director of Estimation in 2019. Thanks to his rigour and his sense of organization, he quickly proved his effectiveness and accuracy. Before joining JPL, Stéphane acted as a project manager in building mechanics and energy efficiency advisor. Stéphane is ambitious, determined and dedicated to his clients and his team.
